Healing from trauma is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why I offer consistent, weekly sessions designed to provide a safe, steady space for meaningful growth and healing. Our work together is grounded in trauma-informed care, where your emotional safety, choice, and empowerment are central to every step of the process.
Builds emotional safety – Creates a therapeutic space where you feel grounded, respected, and in control of your healing process.
Reduces symptoms of trauma – Helps alleviate anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, and other common effects of trauma.
Honors your pace – Respects your readiness and boundaries, allowing healing to unfold without pressure or retraumatization.
Supports nervous system regulation – Teaches tools for calming the body and mind, making it easier to manage triggers and stress.
Strengthens self-awareness – Helps you understand the impact of trauma on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Promotes self-compassion – Encourages a more compassionate relationship with yourself by reducing shame and internalized blame.
Improves relationships – Enhances your ability to set boundaries, communicate needs, and feel more connected to others.
Restores a sense of agency – Empowers you to reclaim your voice, your choices, and your sense of self.
Ongoing virtual therapy sessions tailored to your specific needs. We'll work together to process difficult emotions and experiences at a comfortable pace, giving you tools to manage triggers and build resilience between sessions.
Ideal for: Those seeking consistent support while navigating their daily life.
I accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Blue Cross Blue Shield (formerly Empire), Oscard, Oxford, United Healthcare through a third party company called Headway. Headway helps with billing and confirming your benefits.
I offer a secure HIPAA compliant platform, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your home. Therapy can only be provided if you are located in NYS.
I see individuals who oftentimes experience anxiety, reactivity, low self worth, relationship difficulties, burnout, or feeling “stuck.” Together we work on making a lasting change in your life.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes unless we are doing EMDR therapy together. Session times can vary.
No way! In fact, if you are being asked to talk about trauma right away, I’d suggest finding a new therapist. We move at your pace, and part of trauma informed treatment is building safety with your therapist.
Weekly sessions are great for those looking for ongoing support and long term coping for all of life’s ups and downs.
